In Good Company is a small-scale practice community from The Mindfulness Project. 
Designed for those who have already started their mindfulness journey, we provide a space to connect with others and deepen your practice of mindfulness and compassion. 
With the support of our experienced teaching team, you can integrate your practice consistently and sustainably into your daily life.

Our sliding scale acknowledges that people face different financial realities. With the small size of our community, members contributing as much as they can helps us sustain and support it. At the same time, we encourage you to choose a rate that is sustainable for you in the long term. Regardless of what you pay, you’ll receive the same membership benefits.

About Us

We're colleagues and friends brought together by our love of exploring wisdom and compassion. Over the past 15 years, we’ve helped thousands of people discover how to bring more clarity, ease and kindness into their lives. 
We have lots of experience teaching mindfulness-based approaches as well as training and supervising mindfulness teachers. For us, how to live with more understanding and love is an ongoing question, one we hope to explore with this community. 


Designed to fit your life

To help you practice sustainably in your daily life, we’ve created a program of live events offered every day of the week (apart from Sunday).
Sessions are scheduled at various times throughout the week to suit different routines. Some focus more on meditation, others create space for reflection, and our monthly teaching sessions introduce fresh themes to explore.

Your membership includes:

  • Four Practice and Reflect sessions each week (45 to 60 minutes each)
  • Three Meditation sessions each week (30 minutes each)
  • Two Retreat sessions each month (90 or 180 minutes)
  • One Exploring New Themes session each month (90 minutes)

Session times (UK):

  • Monday: 7.30am & 7:00pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30am
  • Wednesday: 12:00pm
  • Thursday: 8:00am & 7:30pm
  • Friday: 10:00am
  • Saturday: 10:00am, 2:00pm

Find your own rhythm

With all the events that we offer, it would be easy to feel overwhelmed. We all feel the pressure to do more and more, but if we want the things we do to truly make a difference, they need to be woven into the fabric of our lives in a sustainable way.
What if the starting point were to do just a little and let things grow from there? Whatever rhythm feels right for you, we encourage you to take the pressure off and find a level of engagement that truly nourishes you.
